Mentoring

Journalism is a field that can be closed off to many. It’s important to me — and the other incredible women who mentor through the Digital Women Leaders programme — that we do everything we can to fix that.

Digital Women Leaders offers free, one-on-one coaching for women and non-binary people in journalism, both aspiring and professional. We’re all graduates of either Poynter’s Leadership Academy for Women in Media or ONA’s Women’s Leadership Accelerator and eager to pass along what we’ve learned there and beyond. There are more than a hundred women who mentor through the programme, and you can search through our areas of expertise to find the perfect fit.
